Interview
I got lucky at first, it's a long process but I knocked out 2 of the interviews in one day. You have to take a skills test. I took it but they couldn't find my results. The worker gave me her personal number to text her about it because they were that interested in me. But she never answered after that
Online application then an in person group interview where we went to their head office to learn about their products and then to a store to demonstrate our knowledge and sell products to customers

Easy going and calm environment. Friendly interviewers. Training period was also easy. No problems. Everything was smooth and easy. Simple and easy questions, the interview and hiring process only took a week and I was trained very quickly.
The interview process was very informal due to covid protocol. I interviewed with the store's account executive over the phone, it was a very pleasant experience. I recieved a verbal offer over the phone that same day. Great company to work for.
