Applied for a cashier position posted online, received an email for an interview the next day. Showed up to the interview and received a phone call the next morning to start work right away. It was a pretty quick interview and I felt comfortable there. However I did also have to fill out an in-person application prior to the actual interview even though I had provided the same information on my resume.
