Revolut interview question

Each stage had a different focus. In the Problem-Solving Interview, I was given a case and had to identify the root cause of the issue. It was up to me to ask the right questions to investigate and narrow down the problem. In the Product Sense Interview, I received a single statement or scenario and worked from there—clarifying assumptions, digging into user needs, and proposing solutions. So it was also up to me to ask the right questions. :) During the Bar-Raising Interview, the questions were mostly about my past experience, how I operate, what I value in a work environment, and what I don’t. Overall, it was one of the most efficient and meaningful hiring processes I’ve participated in. The purpose of every stage was clear, and the cases used in the Problem-Solving and Product Sense interviews were genuinely interesting.
