During the behavioral interview they asked me questions about my experience in survey developments/ programming, data analysis, etc. I was also asked why I wanted to work with them and why I liked this position. The interviewers also described their recent projects and invited me to ask questions about that. The HR interview was much shorter. I was asked some basic questions about my experience then they used the rest of the time to describe IFPRI's offered benefits, the role compensation, etc.
