Customer Service orientated Im a Disabled Veteran and started working at 14rs old in a Department store stocking and they soon put me on the floor to sell things for the store owner realized how open and willing to help customers with what they were looking for and made them want to come back. Then after I graduated from school I joined the Navy as a Criptolgist and caught the tail end of Vietnam. Then after 6yrd of the NAVY went to work in the Hospitality industry and ran 10 different Hotels than after 22 yrs. and 7 different schools for training in Customer Service for each different bran Hotel. One thing I would always tell the Mangers under me that the customer is the reason we have our jobs we are overhead but the Customer is not. Give them the Wow Factor and make the Customer feel like he or she is number one and treat them all fair and they Will always come back.
