Gave an overview of my 25 years in recruiting running a full desk. 10 of those years have been in the healthcare industry. I was told that both of my phone interviews were absolutely stellar. Then the big black hole of no contact from eHospitalhire happened. I find this very disrespectful. I would name names here of the people that went dark on me, but I'm sure it's the same people that conduct all the initial interviews so they know who they are. Someone needs to teach them about providing a stellar candidate experience as well as maintaining a professional level of candidate retention and networking. Too many red flags about this company to ever consider joining them any time in the future.
