One time I had a client that was going to be picked up by one of our drivers at a certain time and location. 10 mins before the pickup time client wanted to change pickup time and the location. Before I approved of this change I made sure I had another driver that was in the area available to do the pickup. Then I switched the two drivers routes around so clients were happy and picked up on time
