The questions were quite technical mainly about air conditioning and basic electrical engineering. They gave an hour to answer questions. It was a face to face exam then an interview followed.
Simple phone interview, mostly questions about previous employment. Couple of questions about how you would improvise, deal with a coworker breaking protocol, what you consider good work ethics, etc. The phone interview took about 15 minutes
