They just first conducted a written test on java, JavaScript and servlets (MCQ and programming exercises) as first round that I cracked well. But... In the second round, they given two papers again on Numeric Aptitude. It sucked. They were treating and considering fresher and experienced candidates equal as well. No interviews, no Resume focus, not a single view. Seeming like their Prime Focus was not to hire good developer for development purpose. Really disappointed by their methods n way. Thanks.
