This was my bizarre job interview ever. I've applied for the position online. I was first invited for “informal chat” which lasted no more than 10 minutes. The conversation was mostly about the company and the role. We agreed on arranging “a proper” interview for the following week. I never heard from them again. I can only imagine that I was judged by my appearance, age or nationality. I found this approach extremely unprofessional and discriminating. This is not the right way to treat people and make them feel this way.
