Chemistry Agency interview questions

Fairly straightforward - nothing crazy; typical interview questions about background, experience, etc. However, I didn’t appreciate being strung along during the interview process. Having to constantly reach out and ask for updates due to a lack of communication is quite frankly unacceptable (and telling) for any organization. It doesn’t take two months and some change for you to figure out whether or not you want to hire someone. Please do better, but something tells me you’ll continue doing business as usual. Complete and absolute shame.

I went through a two step interview process, first a more general one and then with the potential direct supervisor. It was overall very positive. I felt like the questions I was asked pertained to both my work experience and overall outlook and work ethic.
