Travelers interview question
Basic questions about programming experience and college course work related to programming. They basically wanted to train people in and weren't too concerned about the level experience I had.

Overall I just stuck to explaining my experience level which I think was much higher then most programmers out of college since I did an internship and did some programming work for a small business on the side.
