The tough part was the software group manager interview, which was sort of technical and sort of not. More background/interest-based than anything. My interviewer was very perceptive and practical, so answer all his questions clearly and honestly.

Just be confident, talk through your logic/thoughts, and admit it when you don't know the answer; and be honest.
