Interview panel was very hasty and uninterested in giving time for the answer. Panel was not interested in covering up more than 5-10 min. Had a predetermined mindset quite unlike as needed for a development role. I was told that this is a scheduled drive, experience was worse than a walk-in. Panels were more interested in covering up more candidates and not sure if this is to achieve any incentive associated.
