-Given an array of Strings, return all the sequential substrings vertically and horizontally. eg. Input {"axbcd", "befgh", "cfxyz"} Ouptput {"abc, "bcd", "ef", "efgh", ....}

-Store in a matrix as characters and traverse vertically and horizontally and the ascii difference is 1 to be a part of the substring
