Department goals can’t be executed properly by various HR Teams. Needs more focus. Colleagues often have long-service (over 15 years at Sainsbury’s) so difficult for newer colleagues to come with new ideas.

I think like most businesses upper management ca be a little out of touch. Also work loads can be high but that's very role dependent.

I think this is as toxic as you can get. I was promised a friendly workplace and I got sadness, suffering and pain. I feel sorry for anyone that starts their career in tech here.
