Hi, I recently joined HCL on Feb 2026 and I was hired directly for a new project which came to HCL, but today I received a mail stating that I am released from that project and the last date in this project is not yet confirmed. Technology is Mainframe, Band is E1/E1.2, Package - 12.6 LPA, total years of experience is 6.8 years but relevant is 5.2 years and this 5.2 years only accepted in HCL Side due to PF. Could you please what is the bench period policy in HCL? Is this normal is HCL?
