Hello! I am a young LLMSW hoping to make a move from community mental health into private practice within the next few months. I am wondering if anyone has advice on how to write a "cold call" cover letter to a private therapy practice expressing interest in employment? These are practices that may or may not have an active job listing on any job board but have been recommended to me by colleagues as supportive employers.
