General managers: do you all have some sort of affliction that prevents you from responding to simple scheduling correspondence? Are you allergic to emails? Do you just get off on ghosting people? Seriously asking

    And when you’re hiring, do you respond to all applicants, even if you don’t plan on hiring or interviewing them?
