Hello Fishes LTIMindtree, I was absorbed into EY account in March. My project was in proposal phase for 2 months. However, during the last week of May, the client informed that we are not proceeding with the project. There is another project in proposal phase for the same account. My manager is not sure who will be working on the project. Today (1st of July) I received mail regarding unbilled ageing status stating that I am a part of bench starting today. What do I do now? Please help.

Any inside info, when is the appraisal letter expected?

Can one take break in LTM( lwp) for 3-4 months

Completed all interview rounds including technical, face-to-face, and HR discussions for an ETL Testing role. After investing considerable time and travel expenses for the in-person interview, I was informed at a later stage that the company could not proceed with my candidature. I would appreciate more transparency and earlier validation of eligibility criteria to improve the candidate experience.
