LTM has revised its attendance policy making it mandatory for night shift employees to attend office thrice. I had joined a US Bank project with the assurance that night shift will be WFH. Suddenly, I'm in a fix. I don't wish to attend office at night. Should I ask manager to release me from the project ? Or should I accept this situation for time being & start looking outside the company. Anyway, I'm very unhappy with my current compensation (4.48 LPA with 4.4 yrs of experience).

Hi, Don't Join LTM.. here HR just hiring without any projects details.. they hire you then put on bench and then Fire you... No projects nothing..

A request 🙏 for LTM new joiners, those who got their projects within 2-3 weeks of joining and are happily working now. If you are reading this, can you comment on this post, as myself and multiple others would be joining next month so we will get some relief. Currently if we go through this bowl it seems as if every new joiner who is joining at a good package is struggling to get any project and is constantly stressed of being laid off, so this may or may not be true.

Case for a new joiner I Heard from the office floor: Joined for one project but after joining position went on hold. WFM assigns learning to switch skill sets which are denied by employee. After threshold HR asked that colleague to resign. If they don't have surety why hiring and troubling people as so many same skill people are on bench in LTM. Just playing with the new joiner and existing employees career.
