Can you bring notes to your interview?
Can someone hire me without an interview? I can do the job, but I can't handle interviews. 😭 I have experience in Customer Service and Back Office roles, but since I graduated last year, I've found it difficult to apply for jobs. The interview process makes me really anxious, even though I know I can do the work.

If you are having an in-person interview, you should arrive early. This is common sense. Then, would it be the same if you're having a Zoom interview? I always debate internally about whether I should join earlier or not. The first ensures that everything is working (but I'd hope not to catch the interviewers too early). What's the best approach?
I was laid off a month ago and I have startef studying for cisco certifications along with applying. But When I see job descriptions and number of people applied for a job it scares me. AI has made the process complecated I believe.... I have ISP tier3 experience but today's job market wants all together. 100%. It shows that you prepared. It’s also not a bad idea to bring a couple copies of your resume in case anybody at the table doesn’t have one.
I always bring my notes with me. I have many questions and want to make sure I get them all answered. It helps to have some fast company facts to help facilitate the conversation and learn more about the health of the company you’ll be joining.
