I've started at a new law firm a few moths ago as a Legal Assistant my attorney keep asking me to draft stipulations and Orders. It is very irritating to me it's her responsibility not mine. It is also illegal for a non-attorney to do so unless a person is pre si. What is the best way to tell her no?

It's not illegal. As long as she's reviewing your work and you're not signing for her, you can do form pleadings. Are you fresh out of college or high school?
Not illegal at all. I have my assistant draft those all the time. Your job is to make her job easier.
It’s not illegal. I was an assistant/Paralegal for 20+ years before I became an attorney and I did it ALL as a staff member. Nowadays, legal assistants and paralegals don’t wanna do anything. the point of having an assistant/Paralegal is to assist the attorney with work. If you can’t help him, there’s no point of having you. It’s also good learning for you to add to your résumé. The more you know the more valuable you are.
