Hey everyone, I got an offer from Infosys Consulting and about to get an offer from Marsh Mclennan as well. I am not sure which one would be better in terms of work life balance, variable pay, growth opportunities etc. If anyone have any insights they can will be of great help. Infosys Consulting - Senior Consultant (24 LPA fixed + 6 LPA Variable) Marsh Mclennan - Senior Manager (Approx 26 LPA fixed + 10% variable)

PLEASE HELP!! Can we work from any infosys dc ? I will be joining infosys pune but due to some dependency i need to work from nagpur dc. Can you please suggest what I need to do get the transfer or work from nagpur dc ? So before joining i am receiving few calls from project managers for pune based ODC projects ...I am asking them to allow me to work from Nagpur but they are not allowing Note: Nagpur dc was not available for my profile hence I didnt get it as a base location.

My LWD is 15 June as per the E Seperation portal (90 days from the day of resigning), however today I got Alcon email "Bench on notice" its from 16 June - 30 June. Can Infosys extend my Notice period? Will my LWD change to 30 June? I'll be completing 90 days NP on 15th June itself, not sure why I got further allocation email.
