I'm struggling with how to roll out and enforce a no nuts policy in our office. A new hire insists her nut allergy is so severe that the office has to be nut free. Now I have to prevent 132 adults from bringing anything with nuts to the office. Is this request even reasonable?

Has anyone ever been within a job and it is just not the right fit. Currently I am an hr generalist but used to be an hr mgr and now trying to go back is so hard. Is anyone's organization planning on adding GLPs to your healthcare coverage? I've had several employees ask me if we can change our plan to include these weight loss drugs, but I'm not sure this is something I want to bring to the CEO. Are employers really going to be expected to cover weight loss supplements going forward? Where will it stop? What about diet pills and other "miracle" drugs?
