I was just separated from my company this morning. After being put on a PIP plan (which btw came as a surprise). Never not once was I told that I’m doing something wrong. In the end, I think I was put on this ridiculous plan because one of the executives stopped liking me. Ever since then, I’ve been targeted up until this point. What do I do?

Tomorrow is Juneteenth and the markets will be closed. Out of curiosity, how do you feel about the relatively new market holiday? • Strongly support it • Neutral — a day off is a day off • Prefer the markets remain open • Doesn’t impact my business either way For those who have been in the industry a long time, has Juneteenth become just another market holiday, or do you still see mixed opinions among advisors, clients, and firms? Me, I like the day off.

Two things I want to eliminate from my life this fall:  Driving   Running errands   I’m going to sell my car this summer and only use Waymo, Uber, and Lyft.   I’m done. Sick of it. The future is here, so why not take advantage of the perks.

How are you guys filtering out the fake job listings? I’ve applied to 20 different recruiter postings this month that look absolutely perfect, only to find out the roles don't actually exist. It turns out a lot of these agencies are just farming resumes to pad their databases and look active while hiring freezes are taking effect. It’s incredibly exhausting to tailor your resume and write cover letters for phantom positions that will never be filled.

Hi Everyone, I have been having trouble finding a new job (10 months and counting) as a Project Manager despite my extensive experience in the financial industry, I don't want to speculate on the reasons, but now I'm getting to the point of applying for jobs at Walmart or Costco so I can pay my bills more easily, I'm fine with this because work is work but I can't help but think that there may be other options for work that I'm just not considering, or not know about. Any thoughts? Thanks
