TCS has offered me an Architect role (~₹5.04L/month including variable). Variable includes ~₹46K/month as Monthly Performance Pay and ~₹61K as Performance Bonus. How is this variable actually paid (frequency + criteria)? And realistically, do people get 100% payout?

How much exp you have ? What's the ctc ? It's strange TCS is going out of comfort zone to pay this much
Seems TCS if offering more than 60L ? That's very good considering TCS pay range.
