Which programming language should I learn to break into technical roles related to AI. I have a non-technical consulting background and am currently looking to expand my skills.
Left McK as an EM for a role that offered $325k, I’m only 3 months out and competitor of company I joined wants to poach me and give 450k. I personally been enjoying my new org and it’s been such little time, however the jump in comp is substantial. How would you handle this?
Would you take a $20k bump to work in person 5 days/week? (Remote Fridays in the summer) & there’s a chance the company will eventually go back to hybrid. you also get the flexibility on ur work hours so could do a 7am-3pm schedule to avoid traffic
PWC recently removed GLP-1 coverage for their employees. Curious if your company still covers it. Can you comment your company name and if it still covers GLP-1’s please?
About to be a Senior 3 in people consulting at EY. Unsure when I’ll get to manager (EY seems to be not promoting as many rn). Offer from grant thorton offering me 20k more than I make now. Asking for a signing bonus as well. They’re building a new change management practice. Should I go?
Be more specific about the increment. Assuming you make $100k, an extra $1k per year isn't worth 5 days in office vs remote or 3 day hybrid, but $50k would be worth it.
Same pay but higher position/growth for in office
None of the above. Culture is the most important.
“Go back to your PowerPoint” I see so that’s the culture you speak so highly of 🤡. I’m sorry, I don’t work with PPT. I oversee the 3rd party service providers, but I work with them as partners. 🤏
