    If you already work for Accenture in another country and you transfer with them - then it’s L1 visa you need. H1B would be required if you are joining them for the first time and you don’t have permanent residence status.

    I am in the US and on H1B - so wanted to understand if they transfer H1B while the person is in the US working for another employer

My patience for this job is waning… I’m 35, single, no debt - Made some decent investments last year in some AI chip stocks and now they’re coming to roost.. my brokerage account is now more than my 401k. I feel like my life is 90% work and 10% everything else. Is 210k base for 12 yrs experience for EY Studio (Salesforce) Manager fair? Should i ask for more? Austin. Bonus they said was 5-20%. Currently 2nd yr M at Deloitte.
