I’m seeing today in office that no employee is happy today. All who deserves a minimum of A rating for their hard work got their grades aligned to B which is not only going to affect on their VC, increments but also affecting the work morale in future. I feel like there should be some community for employees where companies like Coforge should be held accountable for their inappropriate actions which they have been taking for their employees from past 3 years.

Will the money for VC be into our accounts on 10th july or end of the month??

Need some honest advice from Coforge folks. I have around 12 years of experience, primarily in Frontend with about 2 years of Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Current project has ended just. Have opportunity to join a Java + Kafka integration project, but it’s not fully aligned with my core skill set. other option is to go on the bench and wait for a project matching my profile. How is the current bench situation in Coforge Are ALL people getting projects aligned with theirs skills?
