It's been a year at Capgemini, and I joined as a Senior Consultant for a DevOps role with 7+ years of experience. I'm the only one handling infra DevOps as a lead, with a secondary person who's basically just a KT resource. Every single task on this project is urgent! For example, if they ask for an API or Lambda, they expect it done today, immediately or they escalate to my manager. I've been put on a PIP because I couldn't respond to multiple urgent priorities at once, leading to escalations.
During the notice period is it mandatory to go to the office? If I don't go will I be marked as non complaint? Will there be any impact of fnf and relieving or experience letter?

Hi all, I got offer from Capgemini for 16.5LPA B2 consultant role, and I got 23LPA outside from startup, but I don’t want to join there. I asked for counter offer with Capgemini, but HR is not all responding, will they revoke my offer letter?
