Urgent help required pls 🙏 I completed 1st round of skill interview and it went well. But I didn't get the selected or rejected mail. But today I received an email to complete a assessment. Is this happening in Accenture like after interview they are conducting assessment? What if I'm not able to clear assessment? Whether they will block my profile for next 6 months?

Hello everyone i interviewed for Accenture this week. They took two round of interviews first was full technical i clear it and then second round which was easy tech-managerial and interviewer completed it in 20 minutes. I gave my final round on Friday. So my question is when can i hear from HR as in both of round i performed excellent.
