    Have your summer holiday, then start on the 17th January in this ongoing temp role covering during a busy time. This organisation is super flexible and you may like to enjoy working from home a day a week.

    Role

    In this Temp role no two days are the same in this role – you will be learning constantly, busy partnering with the passionate team, and being the go-to when urgent deadlines come about, or complex projects are to be launched.

    You will;
    • Manage travel, diary, calendar, event and meeting coordination for the team – everything from planning, to logistics, booking and agendas
    • Assisting in document creation, formatting, and highly confidential data processing
    • Partner with the leaders on client support and relationship building – managing the coordination and administration aspect of acquisitions, case management and work
    • Champion all legal administration, process, and coordination
    • Billings, reporting, auditing, and compliance management
    About you
    • You LOVE to be busy – whether its working on a complex task, or quickly helping someone complete something, you enjoy being the go-to and having heaps of variety in your day
    • You have previous experience in a similar role – supporting a team, being the admin guru, able to manage priorities and juggle everything
    • You'll come from a professional services background
    • You are available immediately – looking to jump into a super rewarding temp role ASAP, join this interesting and humble team and further your career
