Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic team here at Heinz Watties, Tomoana. Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for the management of manufacturing shifts to ensure the achievement of managing costs, quality and targets are met.
What we require from you:
· Manage and lead a manufacturing team
· Promote a health & safety culture
· Improve quality of products and processes
· Deliver the agreed value and quality levels
· Manage a cost center based budget
· Provide departmental direction
What you bring:
- Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience preferably in a food-manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills
- An understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Commitment to upholding standards and processes
- Be a self-motivated and improvement focused team player
