We are on the look out for a Software Developer who loves building modern applications with polished, user-friendly interfaces. Someone who is comfortable working full-stack, has exceptional task ownership abilities and is keen on up-skilling.

This role is within our Eden Terrace based engineering team, and involves tight collaboration with our UX, Design and Product functions to deliver improvements, updates and new features to the Fergus product. Requirements

• At least 3-years professional software development experience.
• Experience in and deep knowledge of at least two major programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, C#, Java, Python, etc.). Specific platform experience is not required, though our tech stack depends heavily on PHP, ReactJS and MySQL.
• Experience in Product development - web applications, mobile applications, etc.
• Experience of agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, use initiative to fill in any knowledge or requirement gaps.
• Ability to work and coordinate with key stakeholders.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent preferable.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, to a high standard.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern javascript technologies for front-end development.
• Knowledge of Workflow systems, SaaS and Cloud based software.
• Experience in the plumbing or electrical industries would be an advantage.
