The Fleet Platform Architecture and core services provide architectural guidance for engineers working on fleet platform and look after numerous common services. This role is particularly focused around core data ingres services. Uptime and availability of services is paramount and requires engineers of highest caliber with familiarity with development of high availability systems.

Responsibilities:
- Drive improvements and reliability of core services
- Ensure high degree of unit/integration test coverage
- Take initiative and ownership of new ideas to extend the product capabilities or development process
- Delivery of high quality software that customers can rely on for mission critical applications
- Mentoring of more junior staff members
You'll need to have:
- Design Patterns/System architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- C#
- Strong database experience (eg. Postgres)
- Version Control Systems
- Unit/Integration Test Frameworks
- Windows and Linux operating systems
- Javascript/Typescript
- Atlassian Suite (esp. Jira)
- Experience with CICD systems
