H2R Technology are a new player in the Technology & Digital recruitment space. Combing with H2R Consulting, who are a leading recruitment and HR services consultancy focused in the Wellington and Auckland market.

We've started strong in the back end of 2018 and have a pipeline of work into 2019. Due to that we are looking for a Candidate Delivery Consultant to join us in the new year. We believe that the candidate is at the centre of everything we do! Providing exceptional consultative service, timely updates and skills based matching is what will ensure that both our candidates and clients receive successful outcomes using H2R Technology.

Your days will be varied and exciting, you will move between meeting candidates and clients face to face, via VC or over the phone. This means juggling various meeting in the office and across town each day. You will work closely with the Principal consultants to help short-list candidates, prepare for interview and help them through the recruitment process.

Like all roles, yes there is the administrative stuff! This will see you develop and maintain information on our CRM, translate job descriptions in to well written and targeted job adverts that articulate the true essence of the position. You will also create candidate summary's that support the candidate application process.

A few other things you will be involved with are talent sourcing via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) and the current database, candidate care calling - checking in with people and providing updates as well as supporting any marketing and candidate / client campaigns.
