An exciting opportunity has opened in our highly successful in-house Recruitment Team. Primarily, you will be attracting travel lovers and top sales people to work for Flight Centre.

About the role

Our Careers team manages the Recruitment function across all brands part of the New Zealand Flight Centre Travel Group. You’ll have complete ownership for the full end to end recruitment process of your portfolio – from developing effective professional relationships with key business leaders, sourcing and attraction of candidates through to conducting interviews and/or assessment days and preparing employee contracts.

What are we looking for?

• 1-2 years previous recruitment experience preferred, but for the right person we can provide full training
• Degree qualified graduate, looking to kick start their career in the fast paced world of travel
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• You will be a high achiever who uses their initiative and has lots of personal drive
• You take pride in producing high quality, accurate results, are able to apply a sense of urgency, be flexible and have a good sense of humour
• You’ll be passionate about growing your Recruitment experience and contributing to employer branding as well as the overall recruitment strategy and goals
• The ability to travel across the country
