With so many high profile projects to deliver we have a need to find two experienced Recruiters for a short term project to support the team for three months.
The AT recruitment team are a high energy, vibrant team who act as true recruitment business partners. We are responsible for supporting internal hiring managers with recruitment coaching, attraction strategy, candidate sourcing, talent management, reference checking and recruitment administration.
As a team, we work across a diverse range of roles from entry level administrators, to technical specialists, through to senior business leaders.
To help us deliver we are looking for someone with: At least 3 years recruitment experience, ideally in an recruitment agency or previously in an complex inhouse recruitment environment The ability to deliver under the pressure with a high volume workload, whilst prioritising and managing expectations. A focus on candidate care regarding speed of response, qualifying search objectives, delivering robust feedback and ensuring a positive recruitment experience regardless of the outcome. Strong relationship building skills with a diverse range of business leaders with varying recruitment capability.
