What you'll be doing
Reporting to the General Manager - Mental Health and Wellbeing, you will sit on the leadership team within this division, and be responsible for the delivery of community-based mental health services across New Zealand. This is a newly created role that will have the opportunity to grow and develop our service delivery model as well as establish a clear clinical model within our mental health services.
You will be responsible for:
Leading a team of Service Managers, you will deliver integrated, client-centred, clinically-led services to our external and internal customers
Ensuring the successful implementation of an evidenced based and culturally informed model of wellbeing and rehabilitation to all our services across New Zealand
Working closely with the Strategy & Partnerships team to implement new business strategies
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local and regional funders and other stakeholders
Creating and implementing effective workforce development plans in tandem with our specialist services teams
Own the profit and loss performance of our community mental health services and manage the budgets.
What you'll need
Regional or national level experience in a service delivery or operations role, preferably within mental health community services
A clinical qualification and experience leading the delivery of clinical services and products is advantageous
Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams
Strong financial acumen
The ability to be self-reflective and self-driven
