We are looking for a Transport Operations Manager to join our night-shift team in Palmerston North. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday – 6pm to 4am.

The role

• Ensure freight is delivered safely and efficiently from suppliers directly to our stores and DC’s
• Lead 4 direct reports and provide them with an awesome place to work, keeping them motivated, happy and healthy
• Be the driving force around Health and Safety initiatives
• Foster positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
