The Operations Manager at Helbiz grows, nurtures and develops a community of individual contractors charging the e-scooters that Helbiz offers its consumers. Our mission is to continuously making it easier doing business with us by engaging and building relationships. We are a team of ambitious and diverse individuals who love solving complex challenges together.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and meet performance targets in your market
- Take action when performances drops below targets which sometimes means requesting support
- Be proactive in identifying offline and online opportunities to attract relevant leads
- Align with our Country Manager on best channels for your market
- Monitor our onboarding funnel to keep applicants moving through the process
- Organise onboarding and engagement events in your market
- Collect feedback and communicate that feedback to central operations
- Support the Country Manager in designing and translating surveys
- Collaborate with the Country Manager on writing and translating communications
- Setup partnerships with local players, making it easier to work with our company
- Organise, manage and summarise focus groups
- Support the centralised team by rolling out initiatives in your market
- Monitor competition and our live operations to report any disruptions
- Design and coordinate local promotions to reach onboarding and performance targets
- Create initiatives to maximise our deployment efforts
Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience in Business Consulting, Data Analysis OR Community Management
- Fluent in the local language
- Data Analysis Driven
- Humble and compassionate, we are building a large scale community with individuals
