The company is a well-resourced but relatively recent entrant to a fast-growing market. They are service based, and their primary audience is 70+ with a requirement to influence sub 60 consumers as well. The role reports to the GM Sales and Marketing.

This opportunity should appeal to an individual who wants to take responsibility for fine tuning the existing marketing business plan as well as establishing new projects and initiatives. While there is a range of channels from radio, press, point of sale and events the key differentiator will be established through the brand strategy.

We are looking for a marketing or brand specialist who understands the digital space and has a communications background that includes being able to write their own material. Understanding how to support the sales function by providing a leads pipeline, especially from referral, is crucial. The successful candidate will need to make sound business decisions, implement and manage campaigns, manage the external agencies and shift between Strategy and operational plans quickly.

We believe the person could come from FMCG or service marketing and while the role does not have any current direct reports there is significant budget responsibility.
