Due to significant growth of our service, we are wanting to add to our team.

We are looking for:
A Human Resources and Health and Safety Practitioner with at least 4 years experience
A person who will fit into our team, be adaptable, open and approachable and will be inclusive and interactive across the organisation
A person who has experience in leading a small team
Excellent communication skills
A demonstrated ability to form effective professional relationships across a range of staff
Innovative, organised and enthusiastic
A person who is willing to deploy “outside the box” thinking to achieve desired results

You will be able to drive initiatives in the consistent application of HR policies and procedures, recruitment, induction, performance management, H & S, remuneration and rewards, employment relations and special projects. You will also have the ability to assess the status quo and provide advice to managers and staff on improvement strategies which provide simple but effective results to the organisation.
