The role:
We are currently recruiting a few roles in our Auckland office for ambitious, confident, tenacious and competitive individuals who are looking to embark on a successful career in recruitment.

Our company is a global recruitment business specialising in the recruitment of white collar professionals across a number of industry sectors including accounting, finance, legal, insurance, construction and engineering. Based in Auckland CBD, this trainee programme will provide you all the skills and support necessary to become a successful 360-degree recruitment consultant.

You do not need to have previous experience in recruitment, just be confident in your own ability, competitive by nature, comfortable talking on the phone, entrepreneurial by nature, want to earn money and most importantly provide a quality service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Writing and posting job ads
Cold calling to prospective clients
Business Development with existing clients
Attending client meetings
Actively sourcing candidates through social media
Managing the offer process
Attending industry networking events
