Are you a looking for the next challenge in your leadership career? We are currently seeking a Full Time Front Office Manager to join our newest property in Wellington!
Situated in the heart of the city’s entertainment district, Oaks Wellington offers 226 modern and spacious rooms, an integrated Restaurant and Bar and four perfectly sized Meeting Rooms.

What will you be doing?

Delivering ‘Experiences Beyond Expectations’ to our guests
Developing and mentoring the front office team
Ensuring that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Conducting guest arrivals and departures
Confidently providing personalised, attentive guest service, including pre-empting the guest's requirements
Imparting your knowledge and recommendations about the hotel, its facilities and the local area including restaurants and attractions
Ensuring guest queries and complaints are resolved in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures
Recruitment in conjunction with the General Manager
Assisting with daily reporting of all statistical information
Completing administration duties in the front office department

To be successful in this role, you will have front office management or supervisory experience, together with a passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service. You will have demonstrated organisational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills. In addition, you will demonstrate a high standard of personal presentation.
