Three senior managers made the decision to use their collective knowledge of the construction, engineering and property sectors to start their own agency. They all came from a corporate background and want to move away from that rigid model and are doing things differently. No more Monday morning meetings, the flexibility to work from home and bi-weekly catch ups. This is the perfect position for someone with 3+ years of experience in construction, property or architecture just not engineering; that's covered. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong relationships and a proven track record, no cowboys or car salesmen! This directors time for chasing KPI's are over and they do not want to hold anyone's hand so it is of crucial importance you have a strong drive.
Based in Parnell you will report directly to the Auckland director but be in contact with Wellington and Christchurch regularly with potential to fly down should the role require it. Perhaps you are half way up the corporate ladder and are considering options, the next few runs versus potential to make money and work life balance. With a very attractive commission structure as you would expect from a more agile agency.
