Pros
Flexible timings, understanding behaviour from the founders and managers. They give you ownership of your work and micro management is pretty low. Goodies and trips are pretty frequent, with a decent salary, credited timely.
Cons
Small Company, so well defined pathways are not yet established for resolving bugs or getting clarifications. This should get better as the company progresses.
