      Pros

      One the craziest places I have ever worked. From the moment I joined I have been treated like a member of the family and seems like I have worked here for years. Great social life within the office and that isn't solely nights out and parties (in my first week I had abseiled of the new building) On the work front we no two day's are the same and you certainly wouldn't be bored worked here. Overall I am glad I got the job here.

      Cons

      Workloads can become slightly unmanagable at times and support can be lacking during these periods. However improvements are being made on this.
