Pros

Most of the people outside of management are truly expectional and they're great to work with. The combined talents of these people are truly amazing. Also, the dedication of everyone (minus management) is second to none. They will all stay until the job is done, no matter how long it takes.

Cons

There is no work-life balance, it's just all work. Also, there is a very strong friends, family, and temple contingent. If you aren't one of them, you'll only go so far. Also, if you have any dealings with your leader or manager, and they assure you that they will do something, assume it's not going to happen. If it means anything to you or is in any way important, get it in writing and track it. Granted that is just good business sense, but it very much applies at ePrize.

Pros

There were some nice perks: lunchbox (subsidized lunches), free soft drinks, parties, 401k matching, great medical benefits. Beyond that, there were great people to work with OUTSIDE of management.

Cons

All of the perks are gone. The medical benefits are still there but greatly reduced. 401k matching is gone. Also, if you don't get something in writing (or even if you do), ePrize management is very unlikely to honor their contract unless it is directly in their favor.

Pros

ePrize gives you the ability to work on some of the top brands in the country, which is a good resume builder. Their building is pretty cool, offering a coffee house-like area to work and hold meetings. There are also some interesting perks like free coffee, pop and a discounted lunch program.

Cons

No Life! - I worked, consistently, between 70 and 80 hours a week. I received little, if no recognition from management for my hard work or accomplishments. This company totally exhausted me.
